Custom Rental Pricing

Rental pricing depends on:

  • Tank sizes and quantities
  • Rental duration
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery and pickup requirements
  • Additional handling or scheduling needs

Propane charges and rental or event-service fees are calculated separately. Contact us for a custom quote.

For larger event orders, temporary tank use, preparation, delivery, and scheduled pickup may be included in a flat event-service fee.

Rental Policies

  • Tank sizes and quantities are subject to availability.
  • Full payment is required before delivery.
  • There are no refunds or credits for unused or partially used propane after delivery.
  • Rental pricing includes only the agreed rental period and scheduled pickup.
  • Additional rental days, return trips, or schedule changes may result in additional charges.
  • Missing, damaged, or unreturned tanks will be charged at replacement cost.
  • Tanks must remain outdoors, upright, and accessible for pickup.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming that the requested tank size and connection are compatible with their equipment.
  • Long-term rentals are reviewed individually and may not be more economical than purchasing a tank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I pay only for the propane I use?

No. Tanks are delivered full, and there are no refunds or credits for unused or partially used propane after delivery.

Can I rent a 100 lb tank for the winter?

Longer-term rentals may be available depending on inventory. In many cases, purchasing a 100 lb tank may be more economical, and we will explain both options before you commit.

Are delivery and pickup included?

Your quote will clearly state the delivery, pickup, rental, and propane charges.

Can I request any number of tanks?

You can request any quantity, but all tank sizes and quantities are subject to availability.

Do you accept tax-exempt organizations?

Yes. A valid tax-exempt certificate must be provided and approved before the order is finalized.
